On February 14, 2005, Dave and Kathy Blank's "Bennie" was laid to rest. He was an older man, but there was a fire in Bennie that never died. That fire in him was what made him so enjoyable to watch on the field. His intensity in the bark and hold captured everyone's attention, especially the helper's. Dave and Bennie were an important part of the foundation of StateLine, and so became a member of all our club members hearts. We will all miss you Bennie. Rest in peace, old man.
